Cristina Sousa Dias

Cristina Sousa Dias is Head of Advisory at BDO Portugal.

She has around 30 years of professional experience in financial consultancy services, coordinating M&A, transaction services, valuations, investments and obtaining financing, restructuring and various financial consultancy.

Cristina began working at BDO in 1992. After two years as an auditor, she continued her career in the Management Consulting division, where she was involved in strategic and operational planning, corporate restructuring solutions and management control systems. She began dedicating herself to corporate finance in 2000. She was a Legal Insolvency Administrator.

She has a degree in Management and completed the Leadership Program at the University of Cambridge - Judge Business School. She has a postgraduate degree in corporate finance and a specialization course in Taxation. There is also an advanced course in private equity, venture capital and entrepreneurship.
