César Soares

César is Manager of the IS (Information Systems) Audit department.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience, coordinating and executing functions such as reviewing and testing general IT controls and automatic application controls of information systems relevant to financial reporting, assessing the complexity of the IT environment of information systems, taking as a reference international frameworks and best practices (ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, ISF, IIA, etc.), Journal Entries' Testing (JET) among other Data Analytics tests, using CaseWare IDEA and other Computer Assisted Auditing Tools and Techniques ( CAAT), and preparation of reports with recommendations and risk identification.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience in IT, working: (i) in planning and executing field work; (ii) surveying procedures and tests for general and application IT controls; (iii) in the preparation of recommendation reports and reliability assurance opinions; (iv) in the preparation of audit reports on information systems, and covering services provided to clients covering a wide range of activity sectors, including: Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT); Bank officer; Investment funds; Health; Tourism and hospitality; Automotive Industry and Commerce; Education, Distribution, Public Sector; Non-profit entities, among others.

He has an MBA in Project Management, from IETEC and Degrees in Information Technology, from Infórium and in Telecommunications Engineering, from INATEL.
